3 Ways to Lose Belly Fat

As women, we always have a special occasion to plan for - a dress to fit into, or an old pair of jeans we just can't part with. I'll share with you 3 simple things you can change that will help you shed belly fat quickly.


Chronic belly fat can typically be attributed to 2 things - elevated cortisol levels and excess glucose in the bloodstream. If your tummy protrudes it may be a result of excess fat or adipose tissue surrounding your organs - which ain't cute Sis! Take note of what you can do to get rid of it quick:

1. Cut out white bread/rice/and pasta ASAP. Instead reach for ancient or whole grains like spelt, kamut and quinoa

2. Ditch the filler drinks like soda, Gatorade, chai latte's and the like. Stick to pure water or no more than 4oz of 100% - not from concentrate juice (fresh pressed is the best option)

3. Trash the liquid fat - you know the mayo, butter, cheese and everything else that has absolutely NO nutritional value. Instead use avocado, or homemade spreads for your garnishes.

Risks of abdominal fat include:
